wow, first day of classes.

too overwhelming i say. new buildings. new rules. new systems. new facilities. in other words, a lot of changes has happened. and i was surprised this morning while i was in my service...we have a new service mate! and to my surprise, it's danna! [wow,galing naman.] danna who is a classmate of mine. well, one of my prayers were answered..that is to have a service mate who is a fellow senior. anyway...

hi hello how are yous everywhere. everybody seems to be so hyped up! i've been thinking to myself while i was looking at those people who seem to be very giddy and whateverness: why are they like that? is it me or is it me that's why i'm being such a stoic creature the whole morning? where are my friends? show up!

haha. good thing queenie and alyssa showed up. and, i was able to see hildegard people..they bring nostalgia to my system..tripping down memory lane isn't bad after all..as long as i won't have too much of it. hah.

braces. dyed hair. short hair. long hair. taller. still the same. chubbier. prettier. bagong rebond. bagong kulot...these are the typical changes you would be expecting from your fellow school mates. i was not quite surprised with those things because i already expected those. even i have somewhat changed...i started putting my hair down. of course, i would not forever be like that--i could still be good 'ol-ponytail-char. i've been like that for the past four years of my life.

as to my classmates. hmm, good thing justine's my classmate. and good thing i have a classmate whom i am close with. i don't know what i should feel with my new set of classmates. i just told myself that i would be with these 39 people for the whole school year..so i better learn to like/love them. and oh, how come my adviser is again my second year teacher? take for example ms. bautista who is my adviser last school year. and for this school year..it's ms. bariuan for me. wow. but hey, she's good you know? i hope that my first impression on her as my adviser would be maintained all throughout. naks demanding :) arrrrrrrrrr.

of course, we had this morning praise ceremony thing in the sicc. we were blessed with holy water..and i was hoping that this holy water would change all of us, in a good way. as usual, speeches were delivered. teachers and the different staff were introduced.

we had our recess after that. before anything else, of course we scouted for a place where we would be sitting for the rest of our senior lives. we came, we saw, and we came. finally we found a spot. tama ba namang nasa dulo kami napunta? gedness. after that, queenie and i planned to buy food. whoah, a whopping mass of people filled the canteen surprised us. to cut the long story short, we weren't able to buy. because in the first place, it might take us centuries before we would reach our place. second, the sight that welcomed us lessened our appetite. the lesson: bring your own food the next time. sheesh. recess ended and we went back to our respective classrooms. orientation time--brace yourself char.

okay..so i miss hildegard--this is a typical symptom during the first week/month of the school year. i guess..i guess it would take me a long time before i would get over the fact that some people aren't my classmates and some people are my classmates.

i have nothing more to say. i guess i'll save that for my future entries.
